Rugby has been a main aspect of our Founder Alex's life for over 2 decades. Starting with rugby at the age of 7 Alex quickly realised he loved the sport and started to excel in his teen years, leading to him playing across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. Before becoming a full-time coach due to injury.

Like many players Alex has gone through hundreds of items of kit, whether it be in the gym or on the field he has struggled to have kit that lasts! In recent years the rugby industry has started to over charge for poor quality kit; add to that the slow production times and the lack of a personal touch to their services. These are a few of the reasons why Alex had to make a change, so, Bison Performance was created.
